Participating in the Smartphone Challengeâ„¢ is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Select a date that is convenient for your organization. All challenges will begin on a Friday to give our customers the entire weekend to familiarize themselves with their new smartphone. Come Monday your employees will begin to see the productivity benefits of their new device.
- A representative from The Phone Store and Rackspace will contact you within 24 hours to obtain the information necessary to ensure that you get the ultimate user experience from Sprint, Rackspace and The Phone Store. The migration process is seamless and will only require nominal feedback from your end.
- We have a launch party at your office. And when we say party, we mean party. We have a fun, fast and interactive video training session to ensure that your employees get the most of out their new smartphones. After your challenge is complete, a representative from The Phone Store and Rackspace will contact you to explain your options.
In addition to your new smartphones, you will also benefit from several other “goodies” that will remain a surprise for you and your employees. We have to leave something to the imagination!
