The Phone Store was established in January of 2005 by Charles Slaughter III and Charles Slaughter IV. There are currently 7 retail stores across the state of Texas along with a thriving Business Sales Division. Our retail locations are presently in San Antonio, Floresville, Seguin, Rockport, Mineral Wells and Victoria. The Phone Store was established for one reason and one reason along…to do it better! While there are cellular stores on every street corner of America, their lack of customer service and attention to detail seem to dominate the market. We have a unique approach that we like to take…we want to create an environment to teach our customers how to buy wireless.
With the wireless industry exploding and phone manufacturers and carriers all claiming to “be the best”, we feel the best is what YOU the customer needs. We evaluate your call patterns, current usage, social habits and personal preferences before recommending a solution. As a mulit-carrier (Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, Helio, Att & Cricket) provider, we are able to offer you want you want.
Along those same lines, the corporate world seems to be highly underserviced as well. Our sales experts noticed many of the small to medium-sized businesses were being completely ignored by the major carriers. This is where we have a huge advantage.
